Patterns Lesson Procedure

Introduce the lesson with the "Pattern Matcher Game."

After the students complete both levels of the game, discuss patterns and different types of patterns with the class. As independent practice the students will complete the Patterns (KidPix) activity. In this activity the students will use the stamp tool to complete the patterns and then make patterns of their own. Have students share their patterns with the class.
