Adapted PE Current Activities:
1. Yoga/Pilates
2. 10 Minute Trainers: Yoga, Cardio, Lower body
3. Cardiovascular Equipment
4. Students have pre made programs for them to choose from
5. Dance Dance Revolution
6. Xavix (Jackie Chan) Boxing, Baseball, Running
7. Boxing Station
8. Pickleball
9. Badminton
10. Omnikin Ball
11. Stability Ball and Stretch Band Activities
12. Abdominal Workouts
Students have been doing a great job alternating activities each week. Many have been open minded to try new things and found out they liked it!
