Genre of the Month at Resica Library
- Each month Resica Library holds a Genre of the Month Contest. Students who wish to participate must read two books in the genre being studied, then fill out the Genre of the Month Bookslip Form given to them from Mrs. Nordmark during Library class. They may return this form to the Library as a ticket to enter the raffle to win a free book.

Power Library Materials
The POWER Library (Pennsylvania Online World of Electronic Resources), an initiative of Governor Tom Ridge's administration with the support of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, is offered as a service of Pennsylvania's public libraries, school libraries and the State Library. The POWER Library allows you to access thousands of full text periodical articles, newspapers, a major encyclopedia, plus photographs, pictures, charts, maps, reference materials for young people and more. You'll find materials of interest in most subject areas for all age groups from young children to adults.

From School: Click on School Library Website, then select the PA POWER Library tab.
From Home: You must have a public library card. Click on the appropriate county library for POWER Library access. Go to library website, then click on POWER Library logo.
